Lucy Kirwan

Lucy is the friendly voice you will meet first, with over ten years in customer service and practice administration, and a Bachelor's degree in History and English on the go. She started out in retail, where she learned how much it matters to really listen to each person and why they have come in.

She then spent more than five years managing a clinical practice, where she saw how much the first phone call matters: answering the questions, managing a busy diary, and staying patient and flexible. One of her strengths is helping people who are in pain by juggling the books to fit them in the same day, so they can get their symptoms managed and get back to the activities they love.

Outside work, Lucy is happiest outdoors, hiking, swimming in the ocean, anything to do with animals, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
